About the position

As a full-time Teller Lead at PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be responsible for coaching and supervising Tellers to enhance customer service skills and facilitate referral opportunities for PNC products. This role involves greeting customers, educating them on new technology, supervising transactions, and assisting with outbound calling initiatives, all aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial alternatives.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
  • Engage with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products that meet their needs.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while demonstrating sound judgment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
