We are seeking a service-minded individual to join our team as a Teller (Member Services Representative I) at our Halls location. This full-time position is essential in providing the high-quality service our members expect and deserve. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our members, greeting them in a professional manner and ensuring their transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our members by providing prompt service and addressing their needs effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for processing various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while adhering to established policies and regulations. You will maintain your cash drawer with minimal discrepancies and stay informed about applicable federal and state laws. Additionally, you will assist members with account inquiries, educate them about our products and services, and promote our offerings based on their needs. Your ability to analyze and resolve account issues will be vital in ensuring a positive member experience.
