In this role, the Coordinator leads the Customer Service Satisfaction efforts of the Banking Center, addressing and resolving customer issues in a manner that aligns with the center's objectives. They are responsible for overseeing the Technical Performance of the Financial Center, which includes managing key risk areas such as teller discrepancies, operational losses, and adherence to audit control procedures. The Coordinator also handles cash management tasks, including maintaining control over cash drawers and vaults, ensuring compliance with all audit and security policies. The Teller Operations Coordinator is tasked with managing the workflow and scheduling of tellers, evaluating employee performance, and identifying training needs. They play a vital role in cross-selling bank products and services, conducting meetings to promote sales and product knowledge, and ensuring that all audit and security policies are followed during customer service hours. Additionally, the Coordinator monitors daily balancing and processing of ATMs, verifies deposits, and alerts tellers to any suspected fraudulent activities. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the teller line and overall branch operations.
