Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts and performing account maintenance.
• Resolve clients' problems through direct action or referral to other bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cashiering, customer service, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
