About the position
As a Part-Time Teller at IHMVCU, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional member service and assisting with various financial transactions. This position involves educating members on financial solutions, processing transactions, and addressing member requests, all while contributing to the community and supporting the credit union's mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service.
- Educate members on financial solutions to meet their individual goals and needs.
- Complete monetary, check, and card transactions.
- Research and resolve issues related to transactions.
- Process member requests such as name and address changes, statements, and account histories.
- Handle card fraud/disputes and lost card reports.
- Set travel preferences for members.
- Assist with Bill Pay, Mobile, and Online Banking.
