The Teller (Part-Time) position at IHMVCU involves providing exceptional member service and assisting with various financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service.
- Educate members on financial solutions to meet their individual goals and needs.
- Complete monetary, check, and card transactions.
- Research and resolve problems related to member transactions.
- Process member requests such as name and address changes, statements, and account histories.
- Handle card fraud/disputes and lost card reports.
- Set travel preferences for members.
- Assist with Bill Pay, Mobile, and Online Banking.
