About The Position

The Teller Service Representative at AMOCO Federal Credit Union is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling financial transactions for members and guests. This role involves processing cash and negotiable items, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring that customer needs are met through accurate transaction confirmations and inquiries resolution.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they come in and leave.
• Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for consumer/business accounts and loans.
• Accurately process cash and negotiable items as presented and requested.
• Confirm intended transactions with members, non-members, or guest members to ensure needs are met.
• Balance cash drawer throughout the day and at the end of the shift.
• Notify supervisor of any outages as soon as they are noticed.
• Provide dual control support for all in-branch cash machines to include daily maintenance and replenishment.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve member inquiries.
• Perform any other job duties designated by management.
