About the position
The Teller Supervisor - Floater at Frost Bank is a leadership role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to both tellers and customers. This position involves supervising, training, and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with banking standards and procedures. The role is integral to maintaining high service quality and fostering a positive banking experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, mentor, coach, and develop teller staff.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Teller Performance Standards, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage teller controls and audits.
- Oversee the vault, ATM, and cash dispensers.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Balance and review over & short DDA statements.
- Communicate regular updates on service quality, teller performance, and internal controls.
- Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of teller experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced skills in coaching, judgment, and decision making.
- Excellent time management skills.
- 4+ years of teller experience.
