About the position

The Teller Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily teller transactions at the Billings Heights branch, ensuring outstanding customer service and developing client relationships. This advanced position involves mentoring staff and collaborating with management on employee performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Recognize referral opportunities for additional retail products.
• Collaborate on employee selection, placement, and performance management with the Teller Hub Manager.
• Utilize 360View for processing activities and referrals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 4-6 years experience in a cash handling and customer service role required.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective use of tact and diplomacy with clients and co-workers.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and software programs like Word/Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong 10-key skills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
