Responsibilities
- Supervise and train teller staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.

- Monitor transaction activities for potential fraud detection and prevention, implementing measures as necessary.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and relationship management strategies.
Requirements
- 2 years of cash handling experience.
- 2 years of banking experience.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in cash operations and cash management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Experience in fraud prevention detection methods to safeguard company assets.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proficient in using financial software for efficient transaction handling.
