The Teller Supervisor role at Frost is a leadership position focused on providing guidance and support to tellers and customers. Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, mentor, coach, develop, counsel, and support staff.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with Teller Performance Standards, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Responsible for teller controls and audits.
  • Manage the vault, ATM, and cash dispensers.
  • Review and/or reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Balance and/or review over & short DDA statements.
  • Communicate regular updates on service quality, teller performance, and internal controls.
  • Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years teller experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced skills in coaching, judgement and decision making.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • 4+ years teller experience.
