Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service while adhering to common courtesies.
• Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions following required policies and procedures.
• Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and promoting current offers.
• Refer customers to colleagues for additional financial solutions as needed.
• Demonstrate channel capabilities and their benefits to customers.
• Perform customer banking transactions and resolve issues as they arise.
• Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service skills and computer experience.
