As a Teller at our North Napa Branch, you will be under direct supervision and responsible for providing quality service to our customers while promoting the sales of bank services and products. This role is essential in delivering a superior customer service guarantee, which is a fundamental goal of our organization. You will be expected to adhere to our Quality Improvement Standards (QIS) and actively contribute to team success through effective communication with your co-workers. In this position, you will deliver five points of service to external customers, ensuring that you meet the established standards for accuracy and compliance while adhering to bank policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for promoting the bank's services, aiming to meet a sales goal of $110 per Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) per month. Cross-selling appropriate products and services to clients and prospects is a key part of your role, and you will contribute to key initiatives that drive the bank's success. As a Teller, you will be expected to exercise good judgment and common sense in protecting bank assets while providing excellent customer service. You will complete regulatory tutorials to ensure a thorough understanding of compliance standards and expectations, and you will be responsible for answering regulatory questions correctly during audits and branch reviews. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet attendance guidelines, adhere to control consciousness policies, and follow branch security procedures during opening, closing, and daily operations. The work environment is primarily office-based, but you may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting. You will be exposed to moving mechanical parts and will work in a moderate noise level environment.
