Responsibilities

• Deliver 5 points of service to external customers.
• Adhere to QIS standards.
• Actively contribute to team success through effective communication with co-workers.
• Promote sales of bank's services and meet sales goals.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services to clients and prospects.
• Support daily operational tasks as directed by the CSM.
• Exercise good judgment in protecting Bank assets while providing customer service.
• Complete regulatory tutorials to ensure understanding of compliance standards.
