About the position
The Client Advisor at TAG Heuer is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines. This role involves maintaining the store's appearance, safeguarding company assets, and performing operational tasks as assigned by the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Achieves monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Maintains a client book and regularly follows up with clients to meet sales goals.
- Provides superior customer service by greeting customers and assisting them according to store protocols.
- Processes customer repairs and maintains a log of customer product requests.
- Understands and adheres to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines.
- Conducts daily inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies with the Store Manager.
- Ensures facility maintenance and organization of the store.
- Exhibits proficiency in computer programs used by the company.
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the store in the absence of the manager.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail sales experience required; luxury experience is a plus.
- Previous clienteling experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to learn a technical product strongly preferred.
- Ability to type and use email required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and engage with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
- Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights and weekends.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred.
