About the position

As a Temporary Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant with Winchester Ammunition, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in managing employee records, handling various HR documents, and assisting with recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the HR function within the organization. In this position, you will assist the Human Resources Team with daily activities, which may include a variety of tasks such as aiding in file documentation and uploading necessary documents into an online database. You will also be responsible for verifying employee data for accuracy in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating new hire orientation, helping new employees acclimate to the company culture and processes. Assisting new hires with benefits enrollment paperwork will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that they have a smooth transition into their new roles. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo and PeopleSoft preferred.
