Responsibilities

  • Manage data related to payroll and ensure accurate information retrieval and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of payroll, compensation, and compliance experience in a multi-state company.
  • Retail experience is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and Pivot tables.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex, fast-paced work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and compliance is essential.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong planning skills.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with KRONOS, Ulti-pro, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Ability to interact professionally with management and coworkers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
