About the position

The Temp People Operations Manager at Revolution Medicines will play a crucial role in supporting HR and Talent Acquisition teams by managing HR operations, benefit programs, and employee communications. This position focuses on enhancing employee experiences and streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the administration of health and wellness benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of HR operations and benefit programs.
  • Oversee leaves of absence and communication of company policies.
  • Handle routine employee inquiries and support internal HR activities.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to refine HR operational processes.
  • Manage internal Smartsheet processes supporting Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
  • Administer the life cycle of health and wellness benefit plans, including open enrollment activities.
  • Create and maintain benefits information for employee self-service portals.
  • Partner with leave of absence management vendor to implement policies and manage leaves.
  • Provide compliance support with audits and mandatory training tracking.
  • Maintain employee records and process changes related to employment.
  • Prepare quarterly benefit metrics and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and drive process improvement efforts within HR systems.
  • Assist the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR/People operations, benefits, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Experience in benefits administration, including 401K management.
  • Knowledge of state and federal HR compliance regulations (EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with Smartsheet and benefit enrollment systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing biotech company.
