About the position

The Site Merchandising & Operations Coordinator is a temporary role focused on supporting the online merchandising efforts of an international footwear company. This position involves managing content on the website, coordinating product launches, and assisting with inventory updates, all while working on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the site platform and content management systems, supporting the placement and removal of content for the homepage and inner pages.
  • Brief requests for upcoming site content needs for key launches and seasonal messaging.
  • Manage the Site Merchandising Product tracker to ensure new launches are added and launched on time.
  • Build the content calendar to request everything needed for future initiatives and launches.
  • Update daily inventory in the Merch Tracker.
  • Assist with item setup, including changing dates and updating data fields in Salsify, FMS, and Forter.
  • Support the Ecom team with finance/PO processes, Gift Card setup, Donation SKU setup, and URL creation for brand ambassadors/athletes.
  • Participate in the quarterly content deck process, preparing plans a quarter in advance for organizational sharing.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a college degree in marketing/business.
  • Experience with invoicing and receiving payments from clientele.
  • Marketing experience is preferred but not required.
