About the position

As a Corporate Trainer at AdventHealth, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and delivering virtual training sessions while managing training materials effectively. This position requires a deep understanding of Unassigned and Assigned Care Advocacy, along with other Consumer Advocacy services and processes. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and overall experience, ensuring that training programs are aligned with organizational goals. The Trainer/Coach will also engage in specific projects aimed at process improvement, utilizing data and outcomes to assess training needs and effectiveness. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about training and development, and who possess the ability to create engaging and informative training sessions that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants. The position offers flexible contract assignments, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent staff member if desired. You will be part of a supportive team at AdventHealth, contributing to the development of staff training programs that are essential for the organization's success. The expected work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a total of 40 hours per week. This is an in-person role, and you will be expected to deliver high-quality training that meets the needs of the organization and its employees.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver virtual training sessions.
  • Manage training materials as needed.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Unassigned and Assigned Care Advocacy and other Consumer Advocacy services.
  • Identify improvements in efficiency and experience related to training programs.
  • Engage in specific projects focused on process improvement at a global or individual level.
  • Utilize data and outcomes to assess training needs and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in training development or delivery.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Education-related discipline, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 Training Software.
