Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate information about current promotions and discounts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays as a stock associate.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels to support stock replenishment efforts.
• Help customers find products and update store signage as necessary as a stock associate.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system as a cashier.
• Thank customers for shopping and invite them back for future discounts.

Requirements

• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
