Responsibilities
- Achieves individual sales goals and develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Builds brand equity by communicating the Kate Spade New York aesthetic and lifestyle to customers.
- Executes operational tasks as per company directives and accurately processes all POS transactions.
- Adheres to visual directives and ensures store standards are executed daily.
Requirements
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
