About the position

The Temporary Call Center Agent - Bilingual position involves taking inbound customer service calls and making outbound sales calls to support customers. Responsibilities

  • Take inbound customer service calls and make outbound sales calls.
  • Document contact properly and maintain accurate records.

  • Ensure confidentiality for company and customer information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience required.
  • Outbound call experience required.
  • Up to 5 years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong verbal skills and ability to make high volume, short message, outbound calls.
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Experience with Windows-based software and Internet browsing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Lead generation experience preferred.
