About the position
The Temporary Customer Service Agent position at Frontline Call Center involves providing dedicated support to customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails. The role focuses on assisting customers with insurance enrollment and coverage inquiries while utilizing technology to enhance service delivery. This is a remote position available until December 31st, requiring candidates to have specific qualifications and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers.
- Assist customers with processing enrollment forms and reviewing insurance coverage.
- Log each call in Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Gather and verify caller's information and document it in the appropriate system.
Requirements
- Must have healthcare pharmacy experience.
- Must have insurance enrollment experience.
- Customer service experience in a high call volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities appropriately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment.
