About the position

The Project ECHO Coordinator at the UAA Center for Human Development (CHD) is a temporary role focused on supporting the implementation and expansion of Project ECHO networks across Alaska. This position involves working with various UAA and community partners to enhance health and wellness services in underserved areas through evidence-based practices. The role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and adaptability to evolving project needs, with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and expansion of Project ECHO networks statewide.
  • Facilitate large Zoom gatherings and coordinate virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with UAA and community partners to build communities of practice.
  • Assist in the marketing and promotion of Project ECHO initiatives.
  • Manage project deliverables and timelines effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • One year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management or coordination.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness issues in Alaska.
  • Strong interest in marketing and community outreach.
