About the position
The Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) is responsible for supporting the operations of the Men's Basketball program in alignment with NCAA, CCAA Conference, and University regulations. Responsibilities
- Assist with the operations of the Men's Basketball program.
- Recruit student-athletes for the program.
- Schedule and plan practices and games.
- Organize fundraising activities.
- Monitor the academic performance of student-athletes.
- Promote intercollegiate athletics and represent the program positively.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
- Experience working with undergraduates from diverse age, socioeconomic, cultural, and academic backgrounds.
