About the position

The Temporary Fence Sales/Project Manager at Perimeter Solutions Group is responsible for overseeing temporary fence marketing, lead development, estimating, and project management. This role involves strategizing with the VP and sales team to set and achieve goals, focusing on sourcing, estimating, and executing temporary commercial fence installation contracts. The position offers opportunities for growth into overall division management, overseeing sales, operations, hiring/training, and materials procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage temporary fence marketing and lead development.
  • Estimate project costs and manage project execution.
  • Collaborate with the VP and sales team to set strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients including contractors, developers, and government agencies.
  • Analyze work scopes based on drawings and customer requests.
  • Interface with clients to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3 years of fence installation, sales/estimating, project management experience OR 5 years of construction industry sales, estimating, project management experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial fence products and styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online bidding portals.
  • Ability to analyze work scopes based on specifications and customer requests.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of fence rentals or rental/site service sales &/or management.
  • Construction industry relationships within the Florida market.
