About the position

The Temporary Sales/Project Manager at Perimeter Solutions Group is responsible for overseeing temporary fence marketing, lead development, estimating, and project management. This role involves strategizing with the VP and sales team to set and achieve goals, focusing on sourcing, estimating, and executing temporary commercial fence installation contracts. The position offers opportunities for growth into overall division management, overseeing sales, operations, hiring/training, and materials procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage temporary fence marketing and lead development.
  • Estimate project costs and manage project execution.
  • Collaborate with the VP and sales team to set strategic goals.
  • Source and execute temporary commercial fence installation contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients including contractors, developers, and government agencies.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in fence installation, sales/estimating, or project management OR 5 years of experience in construction industry sales, estimating, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online bidding portals.
  • Knowledge of commercial fence products and installation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze work scopes based on drawings and specifications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills within the construction industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with construction estimating.
  • Familiarity with the Florida construction market.
