Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases as needed.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate reports.
  • Assist with general clerical duties to support the finance team as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a clerk role handling Accounts Receivable/Payable tasks.
  • Advanced Excel skills including use of pivot tables, vLookups, and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
