About the position

The Temporary Housekeeper at Travel + Leisure Co. will support the general operations of the resort by ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of resort units. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective cleaning and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
• Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards.
• Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries.
• Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
• Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience.

Requirements
