About the position
The In-House Marketing Manager at Wyndham Destinations is responsible for overseeing all in-house marketing activities at the site. This role involves direct management of the marketing team, ensuring a high conversion rate of resort occupancy, and maintaining an excellent owner experience. The manager will coordinate with various departments to optimize marketing efforts and ensure effective communication of marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Direct management of In-house Marketing Team including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain total site marketing conversion according to site marketing standards.
- Resolve issues related to tour statuses, bookings, and coding.
- Order and maintain departmental supplies such as collateral material and uniforms.
- Run daily reports including Daily Arrival Report and Daily In-House Report.
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports for corporate deadlines.
- Compile performance data on team members and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales management regarding tour seats and potential tour flow.
- Ensure timely dissemination of pertinent marketing information.
- Submit employee payroll in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in management or sales, preferably in timeshare marketing.
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred, or equivalent timeshare experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple situations simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
