The Temporary IT Support Specialist position at Partners Health Management is designed to provide essential support to the IT Department for a duration of up to 12 weeks. The work schedule is flexible, primarily during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an average of 30 hours per week. The role requires frequent travel to various office locations, making it essential for the candidate to be adaptable and willing to commute as needed. The position is part of an employee referral program, meaning candidates must be referred by a current employee of Partners Health Management. It is important to note that this temporary position does not offer benefits and is limited to a maximum of 12 weeks. In this role, the IT Support Specialist will also be tasked with maintaining existing computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and creating surveys to capture data on end users' devices.
