About the position

The Temporary Full-Time Leasing Agent at Guardian Management is responsible for conducting day-to-day leasing activities at Windsor Square, a senior independent living community. This role focuses on maintaining positive relations with residents and prospects, ensuring the upkeep of vacant units, and adhering to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws. The position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage leasing processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day leasing activities for the property.
• Maintain positive resident and prospective relations.
• Ensure good physical appearance and maintenance of vacant units.
• Coordinate cleaning and repairs of vacant units with Executive Director and Maintenance Staff.
• Lease in compliance with applicable government programs and Fair Housing laws.
• Complete all required paperwork and reports on time.
• Greet and tour prospects, answering questions about the property.
• Inspect model unit and available market-ready units, communicating service needs to the Executive Director.
• Administer leasing efforts including reviewing tenant billings and preparing vacancy reports.
• Manage resident relations and respond to questions and concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, or a college degree in a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong technology, internet, and general computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete company training requirements within deadlines.
