About the position

The Temporary Manager Coach role at Coach is essential for driving the store's success through effective sales and operational processes. This position requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to various roles within the store, ensuring that the team meets sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. The Manager Coach will lead by example, embodying the brand's values and standards, and will be responsible for coaching and developing the sales team to achieve their personal and collective targets.

Responsibilities

  • Model behaviors that impact sales and operational processes.
  • Make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) that align with company priorities.
  • Develop and endorse team selling strategies to meet Coach's selling expectations.
  • Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
  • Coach and motivate the team to meet sales goals and utilize company tools.
  • Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and adapt to business needs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
