About the position

The Temporary Medical Customer Service Agent position at Frontline Call Center involves providing dedicated support to customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails. This role is focused on assisting customers with processing enrollment forms and reviewing insurance coverage, all while working from home. The position is temporary, lasting until December 31st, and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Assist customers with processing enrollment forms.
  • Review insurance coverage for customers.
  • Log each call in Frontline Connection CRM.
  • Gather and verify caller's information and document it in the appropriate system.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in a high call volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical abilities to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot equipment.
