About the position

We are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The end result of this position is to ensure that the office operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry in Excel & QuickBooks
  • Send and receive emails
  • Print and enter bills into system
  • Assist office staff when needed
  • Stuff and stamp envelopes to be mailed
  • Answer and direct phone calls

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Experience with QuickBooks

Benefits
