This temporary position is crucial for overseeing the execution of marketing strategies across the trade business, collaborating closely with the group department, leading the partner marketing team, and driving sales growth through non-direct channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of executing co-op marketing plans and the ability to manage special projects independently from start to finish. This role requires a combination of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills, making it essential for the candidate to be proactive and results-oriented. In this role, the Partner Marketing Director will implement and adapt existing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and respond to market trends. The position involves leading and mentoring the Partner Marketing Team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with overall department objectives and company goals. Effective communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, is vital to align trade marketing efforts with business objectives and drive cross-functional initiatives. The director will also be responsible for managing the trade marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost efficiency while monitoring expenditures and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role includes leading content strategy for co-branded websites, managing email marketing communications, overseeing brochure distribution, and preparing and analyzing tracking reports for partner-related marketing initiatives. The director will represent the company at external partner meetings, consumer and trade shows, and other events, which may require occasional travel of approximately 10-15% of the time. Continuous improvement and the ability to seek areas for enhancement within the role are also key components of this position.
