Scott's Motor Cars is seeking a temporary Payment Center Representative to assist with customer service and payment processing for a limited duration of a couple of months. The role involves managing customer interactions primarily through phone communication, ensuring effective service delivery and relationship building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Take and process payments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Notate accounts
• File paperwork
