About the position

The Project Manager for Mental Health Law & Policy at the University of South Florida is responsible for overseeing the Telepsychiatry Services program across Florida. This temporary, grant-funded role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring effective care coordination and data management. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate telepsychiatry providers' schedules with enrolled and participating pediatric practices.
  • Schedule telepsychiatry consultation appointments and coordinate patient services.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis, entering data into various reporting databases and maintaining records.
  • Create reports as required by the sponsor and monitor deliverables to ensure timely submission.
  • Analyze client needs and evaluate potential solutions to meet program requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the program Principal Investigator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social work or Social services).
  • 2 years of project management or coordination experience.
