About the position

The QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist position is a temporary role at Always Ready Cars, a golf cart dealership on Bald Head Island. The specialist will be responsible for managing a high volume of work orders, estimates, and invoices in QuickBooks, particularly in response to increased demand following a recent rain disaster. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and effective communication with team members to ensure timely data entry and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Enter work orders, estimates, and invoices into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a high volume of data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with high-volume data entry in QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with QuickBooks Jobs feature and Excel are a plus but not required.
