Additionally, the recruiter will leverage social media platforms and LinkedIn to enhance recruitment efforts and collaborate with HR Business Partners on staffing strategies for volume hiring and hard-to-fill positions. Conducting market research to develop effective recruitment approaches for new positions will also be a key responsibility. As a brand ambassador, the recruiter will embody the company's history, culture, and business goals, ensuring that candidates have a clear understanding of the employer brand.
