About the position

The Temporary Recruiter/On-boarding Specialist at Always Best Care of Rock Hill is responsible for the recruitment and on-boarding of caregivers to meet the organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct caregiver recruitment through online and community-based methods.
  • Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews with HR.
  • Load caregiver information into the company's software system.
  • Ensure a steady flow of candidates to meet weekly hiring targets (3-5 new hires weekly).
  • Write compelling job advertisements for caregiver positions.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with recruitment and on-boarding processes.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting tools such as Indeed and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience in the home care field.
