Responsibilities

  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to create a positive first impression.
  • Build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
  • Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
  • Create personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team.
  • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
  • Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons that relate to the customer's shopping needs.
  • Tailor approach to meet the unique shopping needs of each customer.
  • Follow up with customers consistently to influence and close sales.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor and adhere to retail policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Mobile POS and Internet systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
