- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to create a positive customer experience.
- Drive sales through clienteling and sourcing new customers.
- Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships through personalized service.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Complete daily operational tasks while maintaining service standards.
- Support inventory processes and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Flex personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results.
- Collaborate with the management team to create personal sales strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
