About the position

The Temporary Sales Associate role at Coach is essential for the store's success, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. This position involves upholding Coach's service and selling models, creating positive customer experiences, and building lasting relationships while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities.
  • Take ownership of personal and store metrics, creating sales and clienteling strategies.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations.
  • Drive business through sales strategies and maintain productive customer relationships.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons based on customer needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
  • Support cash-wrap operations and efficiently process customer transactions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers.
