Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage the visitor management system at the front desk.
• Handle inquiries and assist with schoolwide communications.
• Support enrollment processes and maintain student records.
• Assist with school events and maintain a clean and organized office.
• Maintain office technology and provide Tier 1 technology support.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to perform duties with professionalism and customer service.
• Capacity to work collaboratively on team projects.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-stress situations.
