About the position
The Temporary/Seasonal Stylist at Kate Spade is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving individual sales goals while embodying the brand's aesthetic and philosophy. This role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to connect with customers, ensuring a memorable shopping experience. The Stylist will also execute operational tasks and maintain store standards, contributing to the overall success of the retail team.
Responsibilities
- Achieves individual sales goals.
- Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Develops personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
- Communicates the Kate Spade New York aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
- Works collaboratively as part of a team.
- Executes operational tasks as per company directives.
- Processes all POS transactions accurately.
- Adheres to and applies visual directives, ensuring store standards are executed daily.
Requirements
- Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
