About the position

The Lead Talent Specialist in Learning and Development at Deloitte is a temporary role focused on enhancing the capabilities of the Consulting Learning & Development team. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
  • Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences.
  • Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers.
  • Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 6 years of related professional experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Demonstrated project and program management experience
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office skills
