About the position

As a Temporary Trainer at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through effective training and development. Your responsibilities will include delivering customized training programs, conducting assessments to identify learning gaps, and providing coaching to employees. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about training and development in the customer experience industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct screenings (verbal, writing tests) to determine learning gaps
  • Propose action plans based on screening results
  • Develop and deliver training curricula customized to each account's and/or department's needs
  • Provide reports requested by the Manager
  • Keep accurate records of important stats and other types of critical information
  • Ensure training facilities are organized and well-run
  • Conduct coaching sessions on TTEC employees who need extra support and as a follow-up after course completion

Requirements

  • University studies
  • Teaching experience
  • Native language proficiency in English or Native speaker
  • Proficient in the use of software for Instruction
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Adept in utilizing training room equipment (video beam, sound system, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Curriculum Development
