About the position

Tennessee Shine Co. is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join their team. The role involves providing excellent guest experiences through product tastings, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Bartenders will engage with customers, handle transactions, and contribute to the overall success of the store while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a positive, high energy level throughout the entire shift
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide product knowledge
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments accurately
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Standing for long periods of time
• Proficient verbal communication skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to lift minimum 15 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Extensive knowledge of beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and professionally deal with stressful situations during busy periods in a loud, busy, and crowded environment
